IELTS

 

IELTS is the abbreviation for International English Language Testing System. It is the English proficiency testing system jointly developed by the exam board of Cambridge University in the UK, the British Cultural Committee and the Division of Development for Higher Learning in Australia. It is designed to measure the English proficiency for both students who would like to apply for their study in institutes and universities where courses are taught in English language and those who would like to migrate to English speaking countries.

This test has been marked to be one of the top leading and most prominent English Language test that is undertaken by almost million people every year. This method was introduced in 1989. In the very beginning it was much identified in international global countries but slowly it began to spread in the whole world and now it has made it’s special and ordinary place in Nepal as well. IELTS test help students to make them entered in the international educational centers and complete their studies.

IELTS Reading

This is split into three sections but the academic tests and general tests can differ.  You are allocated 60 minutes of time.  To prepare you for this part of the test, you will look at various reading materials in class and in your own time and be required to do various exercises based upon them.  

 

IELTS Writing

In the academic module, the test taker has to describe a chart of some description in the first section and in the second section you have to write a short essay.  In the general module, the test taker writes a letter in section one and an essay in section two.

IELTS Listening

The listening test is only played once and is split into four sections.  Our language instructors utilise a number of different exercises to get you into shape for IELTS Listening.

 

IELTS Speaking

There is only one way to prepare thoroughly for the IELTS Speaking Test.  Bhawishya Consultancy will simulate the test environment and the test itself to ensure that you are ready for it.  

This part of test is separated into three sections.  In the first section, candidates may be asked about their personal situation.  In the second section, test takers speak on a given subject for one minute.  In the third section, there is a discussion between the examiner and the candidate.
